Unspoiled is an Indian skincare brand started by an experienced dermatologist, after years of understanding the skin concerns of his patients, and observing a gap in the skincare solutions available in the market. The core offering is focused skincare with scientifically backed ingredients that solve multiple skin issues with its precise formulations.
The strategy of the packaging design system first tackled product nomenclature & classification, following which a consistent information architecture was worked out. The packaging look & feel needed to support the brand’s values. Colour & visual coding was looked into as a logical system. And the final piece was coming up with a core visual that communicated the scientific brand offering in a simplified way. This system had to be an extendable one, with the ability to move across various packaging formats.
The differentiated design solution is now applicable to the packaging of their range of face sheets, serum & exfoliation gel.
